Some local economic agents of Cambrils has claimed the launch of a second street market, so that it helps boost local commerce.
Since the attraction of visitors to the Wednesday market is a key element of the local economy and generates a direct and indirect impact on local business, some agents of the territory believe it is appropriate to implement another weekly market. In order to study the viability, the City Council has hired a study consisting of the analysis and quantification of the impact that would have a second weekly market in Cambrils.
