For three days, a group of 20 shops in different sectors have made an experiential learning in the city of London. In total, 30 km have been traveled, there have been 10 different commercial zones, and we have learned: product placement techniques, category management, furniture distribution, consumer psychology, value function, ICT and new retail trends.
In addition, different public-private management techniques have been explored for commercial axes (with the Business Improvement Districts as the leading exponent), aspects of commercial urbanization and street dynamics.
All in all, an experience that has consolidated a knowledge base with immediate practical applicability.
