Creation of a strategic plan in order to guarantee the continuity of this fair of long tradition and deeply rooted in the territory.

The blue cock and the artichoke of the Prat are native products with a high quality that have a lot of representation at this fair. In addition, this is an event that is complemented the Commercial and Crafts Show and, also, the Fair of Social Economy and Cooperatives.

For the realization of the strategic plan of the Fair Avícola Raça Prat the following methodology is contemplated:

  •      Field work consisting of 400 surveys
  •      Counting people who attend the event throughout the weekend
  •      Exploitation and analysis of the results
  •      Semi-structured interviews with territory agents
  •      Creation of a strategic plan with actions and monitoring indicators
