The realization of the strategic business plan of Sabadell is based on the need to have a roadmap that allows structuring a series of actions aimed at positioning Sabadell as a commercial city of the first order.
The realization of the strategic business plan of Sabadell is based on the need to have a road map that allows the structuring of a series of actions aimed at positioning Sabadell as a commercial city of the first order.
To this end, the design of this strategic trade plan consists in the analysis of existing secondary sources and in the articulation of a set of realistic actions in accordance with municipal resources and the economic and social situation of the municipality .
The resulting work defines the strategic lines of the commercial sector of the city of Sabadell with the definition of a series of actions, proposals and policies that are committed to continue consolidating a commercial proximity model for the next years (2020-2023).
The need for this plan lies in the lack of a medium and long-term planning tool that takes into account the main challenges of the city's commercial fabric: ordering, projecting the commercial fabric and recovering capital.
In order to facilitate the understanding of the plan, it is structured in strategic and tactical objectives, from which the pertinent actions are branched out.
Consequently, the strategic plan will be deployed in strategic areas that result in a series of actions that, at the same time, will articulate actions.
However, the plan is based on a transversal vision of the different areas of the city council and a joint work with other administrations, as well as with local actors.
