Valuation of market places traders
There will be an economic valuation of the stops located in a private market using the cash flow discount method.
Montornès City Council plans to build a new municipal market. This new facility will renew the local commercial offer in the Montornès Nord district, which so far has a Mercadona, close to a dozen commercial food establishments and a private market in a visible state of degradation.
Precisely, the will of the city council is to make an economic valuation of traders places in the private market, in order to give a solution that adapts to both parts.
In this sense, the methodology that will be used for the valuation of the stops is that of the cash flow discount methods. To this end, the data necessary for the calculation of a series of indicators will be collected, which will have to stipulate the current value of the stops, taking into account the assets, liabilities and profits expected of each company in a time horizon.
The economic valuation of the stops will be a useful tool for the council in order to determine compensatory actions that it can carry out.
